Completion of any course or certification offered by AppliedVastu does not entitle students or participants to use the "AppliedVastu" trademark in any form, including for offering consultation services, creating marketing materials, or implying certification or endorsement by AppliedVastu.

Unauthorized use of the "AppliedVastu" word mark will constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws, including infringement under the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Legal action may be taken against violators, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctions, and penalties.

Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing Applied Vastu for your Vastu Shastra needs. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our online video courses and consultancy services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Online Recorded Video Course Refund Policy:

10-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Applied Vastu offers a 10-day money-back guarantee for our online video courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content or experience within 10 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

Refund Eligibility:

Request Period: You must submit your refund request within 10 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained. Refunds will only be processed for the original purchaser of the course and are subject to verification.

Unauthorized third-party resellers: Refunds will not be provided for purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers.

Non-Access: Refunds will only be considered if you have not accessed more than 10% of the total video content available in the course. Access is determined by video playtime tracking within our learning management system.

Non-Accessibility: Refunds will not be provided if you have accessed or viewed any videos deemed as non-refundable content. This includes, but is not limited to, videos that are part of bonus material, supplementary content, or additional resources provided with the course.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@appliedvastu.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund. Upon receipt of your request, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Course Access Upon Refund: Upon processing your refund, your access to the online video course will be revoked. You will no longer be able to access the course content.

Refund Policy – Live Online and Offline Courses

At AppliedVastu, we are committed to delivering quality education in Vastu Shastra through our Live Online and Offline Courses. Please read the following refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

Course Nature: All Live Online and Offline Courses are conducted directly by experienced instructors under the AppliedVastu brand. Once the course has commenced or access to course materials has been provided, the service is considered to have been delivered and is non-refundable.

Payment Terms: Students may choose to pay the course fee in full or in agreed installments. However, any part payment made is strictly non-refundable once it has been received by AppliedVastu. This condition applies regardless of whether the student completes the course or not.

No Refund After Course Access: For Live Online Courses, no refund will be issued once the student has been granted access to course content, live sessions, study materials, or any proprietary resources.

Offline Course Attendance: For in-person or classroom-based training, once a student has attended any session or received course materials, no refund will be provided.

Course Cancellation by AppliedVastu: If a course is canceled by AppliedVastu before it begins, a full refund will be issued. In the case of a course rescheduling, students will be offered an alternative date or the option to transfer to a future batch. Refunds in such scenarios are at the sole discretion of AppliedVastu.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Change of mind or change in personal circumstances.
• Failure to attend any session or complete the course.
• Requesting a refund after accessing any course material or session.

Legal Compliance: This refund policy is governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. By enrolling, students confirm their acceptance of this policy.

Vastu Shastra Consultancy Services Refund Policy:

Consultation Fee: Applied Vastu charges a consultation fee for our Vastu Shastra consultancy services. This fee covers the initial consultation and assessment conducted by our Vastu experts.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for consultancy services are subject to the discretion of Applied Vastu. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances and nature of the consultancy service provided.

Refund Process: To request a refund for consultancy services, please contact our customer support team at support@appliedvastu.com with your consultation details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

No Refund After Service Delivery: Refunds will not be issued for consultancy services after the service has been delivered. Once the consultancy session is completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

AppliedVastu provides various types of Vastu consultation services, including but not limited to property selection, Vastu solutions for existing properties, and Vastu planning for new constructions. Due to the nature of these personalized and expert-driven services, the following refund policy applies:

Property Selection Consultations: Once the AppliedVastu team has started working on the property selection process, no refund shall be issued. This includes analysis, report preparation, or any advisory communication initiated after payment.

Vastu Solutions for Existing Properties: These consultations require 100% advance payment. Once the consultation process has started, such as site analysis, direction checks, or remedy suggestions, the payment is non-refundable.

Vastu Planning (New Construction / Layout Design): Vastu planning involves step-wise delivery of layout samples. Once the first sample has been shared with the client, no refund shall be issued. If the client discontinues communication or chooses to delay the project and later requests a refund after several days or months, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

Plot Change After Planning: If the client changes the plot after Vastu planning has been initiated, a new consultation must be taken for the new plot. No refund will be provided for the consultation done for the previous plot.

By engaging in any of our Vastu consultation services, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy, which is in accordance with Indian contract and consumer laws.
